Items whose soles were damaged during your fittings cannot be returned.

The return costs are at our expense. Normally your package will be delivered with the prepaid return form. If this is not the case you can write to hello@nomasei to receive it.

You can return your order to our showroom at 25 Boulevard Poissonière in Paris, during opening hours, for an exchange, credit note or refund.
If the pair of shoes or the size does not fit, you can also make an appointment by indicating the model you would like to exchange.
