- ADORA, BAGHERA, VENUS, BIRDIE, OLYMPE & FELICITA: These sandals fit normally, we recommend that you take your usual size.
- ARIA, TWIST & WHISPER: These boots and ankle boots are designed like "socks" in order to perfectly fit the foot and the leg. The shoe has almost no reinforcement, that's why, so that the foot is perfectly maintained, we advise you to take half a size below your normal size.
- STRADA: The STRADA ankle boot fits normally, we recommend that you take your usual size.
- NONO: The NONO moccasin has a fairly high arch on the top of the foot to properly lengthen the ankle and slim the foot. This is its specificity and this is why we advise you to take half a size below your usual size . Unless you have a very pronounced kick, in this case take your usual size.
- TRENCH: The TRENCH moccasin is small in size, we recommend that you take half a size above your usual size.
- SONICS: The derbies fit normally, we recommend that you take your usual size.
- SLALOM & IL DIVO: For these boots we advise you to take your usual size. The SLALOM boot is designed to be worn with thick socks, its fit is deliberately a little wide so that you are comfortable.
- SATURDAY: There are no half sizes for this sandal , we recommend that you take a half size below your usual size . Example: if you make a 37.5 then choose a 37
- BEAUTIFUL BY DAY: This sandal is adjustable to all feet. The straps on the front are adjustable and suitable for both very thin and wider feet. We recommend taking your usual size.

We offer free returns BUT we ask that you make a thoughtful purchase and don't hesitate to write to us at hello@nomasei.com with any questions before your purchase, fitting, shoe size, style, anything can allow you to make a conscious purchase and avoid an unnecessary carbon footprint.
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return your items to us.
Once your package has been received, your refund will be made within 20 working days, you will be informed by e-mail.
For sale models, any return will not be refunded but a credit will be offered to you on the site.
Items whose soles were damaged during your fittings cannot be returned.
Return times extended during the end of year holidays.

The return costs are at our expense. Normally your package will be delivered with the prepaid return form. If this is not the case you can write to hello@nomasei to receive it.

If the pair of shoes or the size does not fit, you can also make an appointment by indicating the model you would like to exchange.
